Full Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement under NAICS code 532412 to Honnen Equipment Company, 5055 E. 72nd Ave, Commerce City, CO. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award, a commercial service in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, a sole source contract (not to exceed 12 months) for the month-to-month rental of a John Deere Front Loader model 644H with a Rylind Coupler to be used at Buckley AFB CO. Market research has shown that Honnen Equipment Co., is the only vendor located in the immediate area surrounding Buckley AFB that can supply the needed size loader with the required Rylind Coupler and rent to the Government on a month-to-month basis within the short time limits required by the Government This requirement is not set aside for small business. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
