3D Faro Focus Laser Scanning & Calibration Warranty and Maintenance Services

The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board is soliciting quotes for 3D Laser Scanning & Calibration Warranty and Maintenance Services under solicitation number DFW18846, with a submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, July 17, 2026. Quotes must be submitted exclusively through the Bonfire portal at dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and are not accepted via mail or email. The services required include calibration for the FARO Focus S model LLS081916033 S150, along with one-year renewals for Standard Complete Care, Scene Maintenance, and Zone 3D Expert Maintenance, as well as a one-month Scene Maintenance Recovery service—all of which must be new and current. All pricing must be quoted F.O.B. DFW International Airport at 3122 East 30th Street, Texas 75261, with all charges for packing, crating, transportation, and miscellaneous fees included, and the Airport Board, being tax exempt, will not pay any applicable taxes. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days and must include a full warranty statement guaranteeing the services against defects in material and workmanship for the period customarily extended to governmental entities. The Airport Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and split the award into multiple purchase orders if deemed in its best interest. The contract is governed by the attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish that Texas law controls and that any legal venue for disputes must be in Dallas or Tarrant Counties. The seller must indemnify and hold harmless the Airport Board, the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims related to the services or products provided. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws is mandatory, including adherence to Executive Order 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity and the prohibition of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The seller must also comply with OSHA regulations regarding hazardous chemicals, providing Material Safety Data Sheets and proper hazard labeling where applicable. Ethical conduct is required, with certification that no gifts or gratuities have been offered or will be provided to influence award decisions. All services must meet or be demonstrated as equivalent to specified requirements at the seller’s expense, and delivery is not complete until accepted by the Airport Board or its authorized representatives
