This secondary competition is exclusively open to Master Contractors awarded under the PBX IV Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract 001B0600162. The scope of work is divided into three functional areas: hardware and software peripherals, manufacturer extended warranty and maintenance for PBX and peripheral equipment including GNAV and ISI Call Data software, and time and material labor for move, add, and change activities and training. Maintenance services are quoted for the period from February 23, 2027, through December 31, 2030, under a Silver Service Level maintenance agreement.
