Attached is a Request For Quotation (RFQ), RFQP01061600010 for the 3rd Quarter FY 2016 Food Requirement for EGGS at the Federal Correctional Complex Butner, NC. This solicitation closes on March 14, 2016, at 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time. This cover letter is intended to provide information regarding the submission of a bid. Contractor shall furnish an itemized invoice for each delivery at the time of delivery. All deliveries will be counted for verification and signed for by an authorized representative of the government. Contractor must provide a means for electronic payment to include bank routing and account number for all awards over $30,000.00. Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. You must accept Credit Cards as a method of payment for any award less than $30,000.00.
