This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution-Williamsburg, Salters, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B31618R00009 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY. Delivery dates will begin April 2, 2018 through April 20, 2018. Delivery dates are Monday and Thursday for 13 weeks beginning April 2, 2018 through June 29, 2018. All deliveries must be delivered by 12:00 noon. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 8301 Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
