Sources Sought
This Sources Sought notice is issued to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering Austere Medical Care certification and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training to 12 students. The intent is to assess industry capability and interest in providing training that meets operational requirements for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. This notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government.
The training must incorporate tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) and prolonged field care (PFC) to ensure personnel are prepared to operate effectively in resource-limited, high-threat environments. Vendors should demonstrate expertise in providing instruction that meets recognized standards of emergency medical practice while integrating the unique requirements of military and austere operational settings.

- Certification Preparation Instruction must prepare participants to successfully pass and obtain certification through either the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Basic (NREMT-B).
- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Comprehensive training in TCCC principles and application to ensure readiness in combat and austere environments.

Training must be conducted on Fort Carson, Colorado, or within a 25-mile radius of the installation. Classrooms located on Fort Carson will be provided to accommodate up to 12 students per session.
