Full Description

Building 100 HVAC Controllers This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation, because there is only one responsible source capable of delivering the unique highly specialized supplies and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and install new Delta controllers for the existing HVAC system for building 100. The new controllers shall replace the existing controllers and integrate into the existing HVAC system. Envise is the exclusive Delta partner for Clark County, Nevada. Delta controllers are the only compatible controllers that can be used with the existing building management system to ensure seamless integration and maintain factory warranties. Therefore, Envise is the only company that the Government can purchase these controllers from. The NAICS for this action is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Award is anticipated in June 2018. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
