The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Advanced Containment Systems Inc. (ACSI), to procure, provide and install Mass Casualty Decontamination Skid Unit for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. Decontamination Skid Unit providing a rapidly usable facility to decontaminate victims of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive (CBRNE) incidents or intentional acts (terrorism). Decontamination Skid Unit with 3 decontamination lines 2 for ambulatory patients 1 for non-ambulatory patients. The system must have a minimum of 80 square feet of storage room separated by a fixed wall with a door. Award will be made on or about August 2, 2017.
