The Department of Defense, specifically the W390 Mcalester Army Ammo Plant in McAlester, Oklahoma, will administer the contract under the NAICS code 334290, which pertains to electronic component manufacturing. The purpose is to acquire technological enhancements and alternatives for the D-21 system, with communication directed to the point of contact, Mrs. Darla A. Lott.
