4200 Century Project

The 4200 Century Project, managed by the City of Inglewood under solicitation number 2024110250, involves the demolition of existing structures on a 1.98-acre site at 4200 West Century Boulevard to develop a 333,500-square-foot mixed-use building. The 13-story contemporary structure will reach a maximum height of 150 feet and feature one level of subterranean parking. The building program includes 11 residential condominium units on the upper levels, 118 serviced apartment extended-stay hotel rooms, and 175 standard hotel rooms. The first two levels are dedicated to approximately 54,700 square feet of event and entertainment space, a hotel lobby, and an associated bar and restaurant. The project is governed by the Inglewood Municipal Code and the California Environmental Quality Act, with a Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2025, certifying that the project will not have a significant environmental effect. Construction is anticipated to take approximately 26 months, although some air quality modeling was based on a 21-month schedule. The project's approval is contingent upon the implementation of a mitigation monitoring plan and adherence to specific land use and zoning requirements.
