The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking a small business contractor to replace a Medical Air Compressor System and a Medical Vacuum Pump System at the Grand Junction VA Medical Center in Colorado, with all work to be performed on-site at Building 1, 2121 North Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333912 and will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a required period of performance not exceeding 120 days from award. The scope includes full removal and disposal of existing equipment, installation of new systems meeting specific technical parameters—such as a 52 SCFM @ 19" Hg vacuum pump with 120-gallon receiver tank and Total Oxidize Monitoring and Mitigation System—and full verification by an independent third party certified to ASSE 6030 standards. Documentation of NFPA 99 compliance and a written service report must be delivered within ten business days of completion.
