45 CFR 155 Programmatic and Financial Audits

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services through the Department of Vermont Health Access (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide 45 CFR 155 Programmatic and Financial Audits. The State is soliciting proposals to contract a CPA firm independent of State Medicaid Agency and subject Vermont Health Connect, a State Based Exchange (SBE), to perform Programmatic and Financial audits for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 through SFY2030 in accordance with attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the standards applicable to attestation engagements contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and issue reports on the Department of Vermont Health Access Vermont Health Benefit Exchange’s compliance with the requirements in 45 CFR 155 Programmatic and Financial Audits.
