The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing record keeping services for the 457(b) plan for the State of Wyoming,Wyoming Retirement System (WRS) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 6, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 20, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
