Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 6, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 20, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document.
