ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2003-23. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code is 423990. DELIVERY: Items 0001 - 0006 to be supplied under this purchase order shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the Darrington Ranger Station, 1405 Emens Street, Darrington, Washington. Delivery shall be by a truck with a flatbed or flatbed trailer (enclosed conveyance is not acceptable). Delivery shall be within 30 days of Contractor receiving purchase order. Items shall be unloaded in the back of the compound as directed by the Forest Service representative. Contractor is responsible for unloading delivered items.
