1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination, of a total of 77,000 linear feet of HDPE (Numex) pipe. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to +1 (555) 000-0000 by close of business November 19, 2007. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Submit a materials list with a unit price quote and total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of the following items. 7. A quote must be submitted for both contract line item numbers (CLINs) below with no substitutions for the specified materials. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of freight and handling, if applicable, and sales tax, if applicable. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but is liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona.. 8.
