Brookhaven Science Associates is seeking information from potential suppliers capable of manufacturing high voltage SHV cable assemblies for the DUNE VD Warm Bias project, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work, Technical Drawing, and Qualifiers. This notice serves solely as a market research tool under FAR Part 10 and FAR Part 19 to evaluate industry interest and capability, and does not constitute a solicitation, commitment, or guarantee of future procurement. The anticipated NAICS code is 335929 with a size standard of 1,000 employees, and BSA is evaluating the possibility of a small business set-aside based on responses. Interested parties must submit a Statement of Capabilities that demonstrates their ability to meet the technical requirements, avoiding mere repetition of the SOW or promotional content. Respondents must confirm at least ten years of experience assembling high voltage cables rated at 10kVdc or higher, and provide assurance that they can supply documented quality control procedures with defined pass/fail criteria should a solicitation be issued.
