Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting offers from qualified small business contractors for Mechanical Services under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).


The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to perform a variety of mechanical construction work on various projects throughout the BNL site. Scope will be authorized through individual Task Orders (TOs) placed under the BOA.


This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
