This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Sheridan is issuing a solicitation, RFQP061217000010, for the requirement of 4th QUARTER FY-17 - Fresh Meat Products. FOB Destination, deliveries will be April July 3 - 21, 2017. No deliveries will be accepted prior to July 3, 2017. Deliveries will be made to the Food Service Warehouse at 27072 SW Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. The contract type is firm -fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frame will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site www.fedbizopps.gov.
