The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located in Hopewell, Virginia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ11411-0064, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence-Bread Orders which will be FOB Destination. The orders will be placed by the Food Service Department. The orders will need to be delivered two times per week, starting July 01, 2010. Deliveries will be made to FCC Petersburg (Warehouse), 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 14, 2010, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities Website: http://www.fbo.gov.
