Pre-solicitation Dairy 4th QTR FY2016 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQP02051600028, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence - Dairy. This solicitation is FOB Destination, orders will be placed by food service department to be delivered two times per week, starting July 1, 2016. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Devens, MA 01434. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2016, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov.
