The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell, Virginia, intends to issue solicitation for RFQ11411-0056, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence Orders which will be poeted on Federal Business Opportunities Destination. The orders will be placed by the Food Service Department. The orders will need to be delivered starting July 01, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the FCC Petersburg (Warehouse), 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the Government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 09, 2010, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations federal Business Opportunities Website: hpp:www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provide all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based-Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organization, for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the reference website. This solicitation is unrestricted and all responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of last quotes is NLT June 23, 2010. The anticipated date of award is July 01, 2010. All items must be within National Menu Specification. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3, to complete their presentations and Certifications via the on-line Applications (ORCA) at hpp://orca.bpn.gov. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at hpp:ccr.gov.
