This Announcement modifies HSSS0112Q0025 - (the period of performance was mistakenly put in as 9 months, it should have been 60 days) The Government intends to negotiate and award, a sole source commercial firm fixed priced type contract to Olin Corp. - Winchester Division, of East Alton, IL, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Cartridge, 5.56, 55 grain FMJ, small arms ammunition. The Contract award is intended to be made by 31 December 2011 or earlier. This is for commercial supplies. The resulting contract will be for a period of 60 days (two months) . This solicitation is sole source and shall be awarded on a one-time basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332992.
