5000150038 Two (2) Year Contract for the Supply of Hand Tools for the Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works and all Other Agencies & Municipalities

Jefferson Parish Government is soliciting sealed bids for a two-year contract to supply heavy duty industrial grade hand tools to the Department of Public Works and all other agencies and municipalities within the parish. Bids must be submitted electronically through the official procurement portal at www.jeffparishbids.net by 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026, with a public bid opening scheduled for 2:30 p.m. the same day at the West Bank Purchasing Department in Gretna, Louisiana. Each bid must include a surety bid bond equal to five percent of the total bid amount, submitted electronically through an approved clearinghouse system, and no paper copies will be accepted. All tools must be new, meet ANSI, DIN, ISO, Federal, and AS-954 specifications, and carry a full unlimited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse.
