The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach , also known as Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) , is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as Offeror , Successful Offeror , or Contractor ) to provide Internet Services and, if applicable, Distributed Denial of Service. This assistance shall include, but is not limited to, the services outlined in the Statement of Needs , along with the timely reporting of information as requested by VBCPS. VBCPS invites any qualified Offeror to submit a proposal. Offerors must be responsible, regularly and actively engaged in providing the requested services, and possess the resources and capacity to perform the work effectively.
