54--MANUFACTURER OF L.E.T. CRADLE, HOUSING AND COFFERDAM AWARD NOTICE

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound has a requirement In support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, for the manufacturer of one each Logistics Escape Trunk (L.E.T.) cradle, house, and cofferdam assembly. Drawings are provided by Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The required delivery date is June 1, 2010 and pricing is to be FOB Destination. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. Numbered Note One applies - The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 06 January 2010 with a closing on 15 January 2010. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation.
