This is a one-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for tree cutting, trimming, sign clearing, and stump grinding services across fourteen counties in North Carolina’s Division 1, including Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Hertford, Hyde, Gates, Martin, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell, and Washington. The contract is exclusively reserved for Small Business Enterprises certified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation with annual gross income not exceeding $1,500,000 exclusive of materials, and only certified SBE firms listed in the Department’s Directory of Transportation Firms at bid opening are eligible to submit proposals. The solicitation, posted on June 24, 2026, requires bids to be submitted by 2:00 PM on July 15, 2026, in sealed envelopes with one original and one copy of the complete Bid Submittal Package, which includes mandatory documentation such as the Contractor’s Information, Federal Employer Identification Number, Listing of MBE/WBE Subcontractors, at least three verifiable work references from within the past three years, and executed certifications for non-collusion, debarment, and gift ban compliance.
