Full Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron is currently conducting market research for construction perimeter security guard support. This notice is not a request for proposal. This requirement is for construction zone perimeter security guard support on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. During 2019, local floods destroyed mutliple facilities on the base. This requirement will provide perimeter security guard support during the construction demolition phase. Currently, the demolition phase is set to start the end of 2021. Please reference the attached sources sought, draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), and drawings for further information. **An updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) was posted on December 21, 2020. Please reference the updated PWS for this requirement.
