The contract involves the procurement of a comprehensive 57 caliber cleaning kit designed specifically for the maintenance of 57mm weapon systems utilized exclusively by WAT technicians. This portable, pneumatically driven cleaning system facilitates deep cleaning, oiling, and de-coppering of the weapon's bore and chamber through a cylinder assembly equipped with interchangeable, vibrating brushes that operate between 1,000 and 3,000 vibrations per minute. The kit includes a central control box with supply hoses, a cylinder assembly with a bore rammer, multiple abrasive, nylon, and bronze brushes for both bore and chamber cleaning, an oil dispenser, a foam dispenser assembly tailored for de-coppering, a full tool kit for assembly and maintenance, all housed within a rugged carrying case.
