We intend to award a sole source contract to Thermo Eberline LLC, 27 Forge Parkway, Franklin, MA 02038, to purchase replacement DA1 external detector, internal probe, and hardware to the existing equipment. This equipment are components only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Thermo Eberline LLC, who has proprietary rights. These items are compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
