A solicitation is not available at this time and any requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) is anticipating a sole-source acquisition for a firm fixed price contract in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, and components listed in the attached item descriptions and characteristics. This sources sought synopsis is issued to determine if there are small business contractors capable of and interested in providing the required supplies, and to assist the United States Army in making a set-aside decision. Parties must indicate their business size status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334290 (size standard 750 employees). Sources should identify and address if they are a large business, small business, 8(a), woman owned business, Hub-zone, or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business in their responses. Responses will be reviewed to identify firms capable of fulfilling the Government's requirements. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. What to Submit: Each potential source shall give a brief description of their products capabilities as respect to the items listed in the sources sought attachment, (with the knowledge that the Government may potentially modify or terminate all or part of the requirement prior to, during, or after award without incurring additional cost). Firms shall also provide point of contact information where available for the efforts cited above. All responses to this sources sought are limited to twelve pages.
