This requirement is sole sourced to: Emhiser Research, Inc 2705 Old Hwy 40 West, Verdi, Nevada 89439 as the only currently fully qualified and TEMPEST certified builder to provide these specified parts in the required time constraints. Any firms believing that they can provide these items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
