This solicitation will be for a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a quantity of 324 each. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. There is one approved source of supply: Signal Engineering (0EX24). This is a Foreign Military Sales item. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 139 days ARO. A subcontracting plan and certified cost and pricing data will be required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met.
