The Army Contracting Agency; White Sands Missile Range, NM; Directorate of Contracting intends to make award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to FLIR Systems, Inc. 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 to procure one (1) InSb Lab w/filter Wheel RTools Software and Camera Package; one (1) RTools HSDR Data Recorder Upgrade; one (1) 50mm/200mm/500mm Triple Field of Vie Lens, F/4.0; one (1) Universal Base Plate Kit; one (1) ThermaCAM RTools High Speed Data Recorder; one (1 ) InSb ND1 High Temperature filter in filter holder; one (1) InSb ND2 High Temperature filter in filter holder; one (1) InSb ND3 High Temperature filter in filter holder; one (1) RTools Radiometric Software Suite, three (3) Single HSDR Drives with trays; t wo (2) Single OS/Data Drives with Caddy and drawers; and two (2) custom filters 3.0-5.0mm bandpass. These items are only manufactured, developed and maintained by FLIR Systems, who has proprietary rights. The equipment being procured is compatible and in terchangeable with existing equipment.
