Full Description

The Wisconsin National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Perkins Technical Services, Inc, 1318-B Putman Drive, Huntsville, AL 35816 to acquire AC Power Supply Docking Stations in the Chippewa Falls, WI area. Perkins Technical Services, Inc. is the only vendor that can supply the AS0004-SR-4 AC Power Supply Docking Stations for SINCGARS radios. Perkins Technical Services is the designer, manufacturer, and sole source supplier of the Patented AC Power Supply Docking Station for SINCGARS radios. This is a One of a Kind Item and there is no other vendor / product that provides this capability as Perkins Technical Services is the designer / manufacturer and sole source supplier of the Patented AC Power Supply Docking Station for SINCGARS radios. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220. The Small Business size standard is 750 Employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however, all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Wisconsin via email at Jessica.m.dekan.mil@mail.mil and be considered by the government. Interested parties must have clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no responses are received by July 1st 11:00EST, a sole source contract will be pursued with Perkins Technical Services, Inc.
