Solicitation # N0001927R0054
The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking information for the F-35 JPO Enterprise Data Science and Analytics Support contract, identified by solicitation number N0001927R0054. This effort focuses on the formulation, development, and deployment of production-ready machine learning solutions, including predictive maintenance, readiness forecasting, and supply-chain optimization. The scope includes business intelligence through executive data storytelling and interactive dashboards, as well as the design of secure cloud data architectures using AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Snowflake. Technical deliverables must be packaged in security-hardened Docker containers and deployed via Kubernetes or OpenShift, with a requirement for ETL/ELT pipelines to maintain at least 98 percent data completeness and accuracy. The anticipated period of performance consists of one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Work may be performed at contractor facilities, authorized government locations in the National Capital Region, or through approved hybrid arrangements. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the company must be U.S.-owned and headquartered in the United States, and personnel must possess active Top Secret clearances. Key personnel requirements include a Data Science/Machine Learning Lead, an Enterprise Data Architect, and a Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead. Full Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC San Diego) intends to solicit and award a contract to Unisys Corporation, 11720 Plaza America Dr, Reston, VA 20190, on a sole source basis. This action will procure Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) support for the eight Nova Systems located at four sites worldwide. The source code, maintenance diagnostics software tools, and Mass Cab 2.0 Storage Servicing Guides necessary to maintain the Nova system are proprietary to Unisys. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Authority for other- than-full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The use of any other source for this acquisition would result in the duplication of cost and time to develop and test 240,000 lines of code which would result in substantial added cost that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511; the size standard is $23 Million. The anticipated period of performance will be approximately five years (inclusive of options) with a total estimated value of $4.2 Million Numbered note 22 applies. Questions concerning this sole source contract action may be directed to Colleen R. Ferguson at contact@example.gov.

N66001-27-Q-6003 Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CAGE Code: 0W151)
Solicitation # N66001-27-Q-6003
The Department of the Navy, through the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, intends to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CAGE 0W151) for the procurement of antenna components. This acquisition supports the Ship Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment F system and specifically requires parts for the assembly of OE-4671 V2/URD antennas. The required deliverables include one TSA Mast Weldment (P/N 0212654-1 REV F RL), two Support Tube Assemblies (P/N 0211468-2 REV G RL), and eight Device Tube Assemblies (P/N 0212772-1/REV A RL). All components must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing systems and meet First Article testing standards for weld requirements. The government has identified Concurrent Technologies Corporation as the only responsible source capable of meeting these requirements within the necessary timeframe. This action falls under NAICS Code 334220 and Product Service Code 5985. While this is a sole-source intent, the government will consider capability statements from other responsible sources submitted via email to Hannah Chichester or through the PIEE Solicitation Module under solicitation N66001-27-Q-6003 by 10:00 AM PST on October 30th, 2026. Request for Information and Draft PWS Feedback for DICE Laboratory Sustainment and Engineering Support
Solicitation # N6600127R3505_0001
NIWC Pacific is conducting market research via a Request for Information for the sustainment and engineering support of the Development, Integration, and Certification Environment (DICE) laboratory in San Diego, California. This opportunity is exclusively available to SeaPort-NxG contract holders and seeks feedback on a proposed transition from a purely Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee structure to a hybrid model. The anticipated period of performance is five years, consisting of one base year and four twelve-month option years. The requirement focuses on providing systems engineering, cybersecurity, laboratory sustainment, and hardware-in-the-loop integration support for major C4ISR programs, including CANES. The proposed hybrid contract structure divides work into two tiers: Core Laboratory Operations and Sustainment, which will be Firm-Fixed-Price for predictable daily tasks such as facility management and IT administration, and Technical and Test Event Surge Support, which will be Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee for on-demand requirements like fleet emergencies and rapid prototyping. Due to the nature of the work in secure facilities and SCIFs, a workforce with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances is required. Performance will be measured against specific Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) regarding facility security, infrastructure sustainment, and cybersecurity compliance, with payment for the fixed-price portion contingent upon meeting these standards. Interested SeaPort-NxG contractors must submit their feedback and company details, including CAGE code and contract number, by October 28, 2026.
