This is a notice that the White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to FLIR Systems, Inc., 16 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862-2598 for one (1) Thermo Vision SC6000R Camera, one (1) Rtools Upgrade, an d one (1) 50mm Lens Bayonet Mount Optical Interface. Due to proprietary rights of the above equipment, which are compatible with the existing equipment, the supplies required are only available from FLIR Systems, Inc., and it the only known source that can meet the requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement.
