Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source fixed price contract to BAE Systems for an FY07, FY08, and FY09 procurement of OE-120 Antenna Group production units and associated technical data. BAE Systems is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, technical data and technical expertise needed to meet Government requirements pursuant to 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1). See Note 22
