59--10 ea. Quad Wide Band Conditioners

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Precision Filters, Inc 240 Cherry St in I thaca, NY 14850-5099. The existing equipment was previously purchased from Precision Filters, Inc and to maintain baseline characteristics with currently owned units, additional cards and units must match exactly to be compatible with existing equipment. The units must have identical physical dimension for interchangeability, must be identical electronically in performance and standards, have identical software control, have identical functions embedded in the firmware and hardware, and be compatible with existing cabling and interface connections. This contract will be for the purchase of ten (10) 28314-A-BE6-M101 Quad Wide-Band Charge Conditioner with 40 kHz 6-Pole Bessel Filters. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisitio n Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
