The Government is seeking to award a sole-source contract for 39 units of a circuit card assembly identified by NSN 7H-5998-016098683, manufactured by TRI-TEC MANUFACTURING with CAGE code 98032, under FOB origin delivery terms. The Government does not own the technical data rights for this part and has determined it is uneconomical to acquire those rights or to reverse engineer the component, justifying the use of a sole-source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. While the solicitation is not a competitive request, responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the notice, or 30 days if award is under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. All submissions will be considered solely to evaluate whether competition is feasible, and the decision not to compete rests entirely with the Government. The offeror, product, or manufacturer must meet all qualification requirements at the time of award as specified in FAR clause 52.209-1. Technical documents such as specifications, drawings, and deviation lists are not available through DODSSP or ASSIST-Online, and the Government is not applying commercial item acquisition policies under FAR Part 12. Interested parties may indicate if they can supply a commercially available item meeting the requirement within 15 days of this notice. All inquiries and submissions should be directed to the contracting officer listed, with the primary point of contact being James Fleniken at the Department of Defense, SPRMM1 DLA Mechanicsburg office in Pennsylvania.
