This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Marinel Electronics for the purchase of the Trimble R7 Base Kit, a R8 Trimble Rover Kit, CU-Color, 512MB TSCE Controller, and a Radio TM3 Base Unit intends to issue a purchase order for delivery and installation under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 only one responsible source due to urgent and compelling and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to SAIC is the creator, manufacturer and supplier of this item. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
