Full Description

The USPFO for Michigan, Michigan Army National Guard, intends to award a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following supplies: 44 each Motorola XTS2500 Model II radios, 44 each Single Unit Impress Charger, and 73 e ach NICD batteries. This award will be made sole source to Motorola, 7230 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076. Any interested parties must respond in writing no later than 10:00am EST, 27 September 2004. Responses may be sent to USPFO for MI, 3111 W. St. J oseph Street, Lansing, MI 48913 or sent via fax to +1 (555) 000-0000. This acquisition is being procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(g) and FAR Part 13.5. The anticipated award date is 28 September 2004. This notice is not a request for competit ive proposals. This is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
