The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify other qualified sources who possess the kind of die needed (prior to the release of any potential solicitation) to procure an unidentified number of a Microcircuit, Digital, NSN 5962-01-480-3326CS, DOD P/N 0N632799-1, IAW Drawing #0N632799, Appl: KOK-22, Mfg(s): Cage 61722 (Integrated Device Technology), P/N IDT7MP4133SA-35M, Cage 65786, (Cypress Semiconductor Corp), P/N(S): CYM1946PM-35C, CYM1946PM-55C; Function: 512K x 32 Static Ram Module suitable for data storage applications in commercial electronic equipment. Government furnished drawings and specifications are available in electronic form and can be viewed at the Hanscom AFB Business Opportunities webpage.
