The Department of Defense is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources capable of performing software certification for the Fiber Optic Gyro Attitude-Heading Reference System, Model LISA-200C. The required certification must adhere to RTCA/DO-178B Level A standards. Qualified candidates must demonstrate past experience with similar systems and provide a warranty that the software will meet Air Worthiness Release requirements upon completion. All certification work and documentation must be delivered within seven months of the contract date.
