The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on April 12th, 2027 and end on June 3rd, 2027.
Bids must be received no later than 02:00 pm, Thursday, August 27, 2026. Late bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on IMPACS Electronic Procurement System. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier’s check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
