AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-05-18 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SUMMARY:For the supply and delivery of firewood to two (2) campgrounds (Whistler, Wapiti) and one (1) woodlot (Marmot pit) in Jasper National Park, Alberta as per the specifications herein.OBJECTIVE: Deliveries will be requested between May 1st 2023 and March 31st 2024. Distribution of approximately 1200 cords of wood annually. Please see the “Considerations” section in Annex “A” – Requirement.PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: The Standing Offer will be effective from date of award to 2024-03-31, with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to four (4) additional years.
