Full Description

USPFO of Louisiana intends to award a sole source procurement to Perkins Technical Services Inc. 1318 B Putnam Drive, Huntsville, AL 35816. The award will be made for the Power Supply Docking Station for SINGGARS, Model AS0004-SR-4. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Perkins Technical Services is the designer, manufacturer, and sole source supplier of the patented AC Power Supply Docking Station for SINCGARS radios. Perkins is a small business and has been awarded a GSA contract for this item. All qualified sources must respond not later than 4 August 2009, 1100 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
