NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wyoming intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, with Wyoming Rural Electric Company (Wyrulec Company), 500 Main Street PO Box 359, Lingle, WY 82223-0359, for the purchase and installation of electrical service, to include 3 phase 75 KVA transformer. WYRULEC is the only source capable of meeting the Government's requirement and/or schedule as described herein. Per FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements we intend to award a sole source contract to WYRULEC.
