1. GENERAL The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, requires a new Ups and Main Power Distribution System to support activation of the new SCC VA Police Communications Center. This Statement of Need (SON) defines the functional, performance, and physical requirements for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the system. The Contractor shall provide turnkey services, including project management, design/coordination, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, removal of the existing distribution system, and warranty support.
