Le montant estimé du contrat se situe entre 1 M$ et 10 M$ Le soumissionnaire doit détenir un certificat d’enregistrement conforme à la norme ISO applicable (ou une attestation de certification). Ce document doit être délivré par un registraire accrédité par le Conseil canadien des normes ou par un organisme d’accréditation reconnu par le Forum international d’accréditation, dont la portée couvre la réalisation des travaux de construction recherchés.
