The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of 25 million. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a business that can provide Brand Name or Equal Bibliotheca RFID Gate Security System. The requirement is for a Library RFID Gate Security System with a workstation to include installation, testing, and training. The RFID gate security system functions will help protect Library collection, analyzes library traffic, assists in helping to configure and pull management reports at the San Juan VACHS Library Service.
